Rob has been in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years, serving thousands of clients in West Michigan. As co-manager of the Michigan Mortgage branch, he brings enthusiasm, dedication and drives the branch to continuous improvement. Rob knows it is important to give clients the BEST service in the industry and strives to constantly exceed their expectations. He believes that the experience of obtaining a mortgage should be an enjoyable one and that Michigan Mortgage’s role should be that of a lifelong, trusted advisor to their clients.
Rob actively finds ways to give back to the community, as a Rotarian for over 20 years, serving on several non-profit boards, and helping design the Michigan Mortgage Gives Back program. When not working, Rob is an avid reader, he loves to fish, kayak, hike, golf, boat, and spend time with his three children and wife traveling and hanging out in West Michigan!

Educating borrowers on the financial side of home ownership is Josh’s favorite part of mortgage lending process. He also enjoys the close because he gets to help make dreams come true. In his 20+ years of banking experience, those aspects have helped him become very successful. From holding positions as assistant branch manager, to AVP retail branch manager, to AVP mortgage loan officer and now onto Sr loan officer, Josh finds the value in connecting with people and helping them achieve their dreams. Josh is a native of Grand Haven, who has a B.S. in Science from Grand Valley State University, and is a certified Dave Ramsey workplace trainer. Josh is a soccer coach for the Lakeshore Select Soccer Club and volunteers as a Watch Dog Dad for Peach Plains elementary school. In his downtime he enjoys traveling and camping with his wife and three children and watching Univ of Michigan football and basketball.
